Management Training includes:

1. Core programs for generic knowledge, and skills to inculcate behaviours in effective communications, personal effectiveness, problem solving, work economics, quality, leadership, supervision and positive work attitudes.
2. Language programs for competency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
3. Specific competency programs for specific on-the-job related skills.
